Shipping

I am a one woman team! Please allow 3-5 business days for the item to be shipped. If I am going out of town I will keep you updated via my Instagram, newsletter and shop banners. Please be aware that during the holiday season turnaround time may be longer.

If you are ordering a custom piece, the specific turnaround time will be in the product description or communicated to you via email. If you are ever unsure or need something faster, please reach out to me to see if we can work something out kristen@crescentcrowndesigns.com I will do my best to accommodate!

We charge you the amount it costs us to ship an item, we do not make any money off of shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

If you received your item damaged, please contact us at kristen@crescentcrowndesigns.com. Please include your order number in the subject line and send over pictures of the damage.

Returns

At this time we are not able to accept returns.

While I hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in the event that you are not please contact us at kristen@crescentcrowndesigns.com so we can work together to find a solution.

Please note if the package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an error on the customers’ part (such as inputting an incorrect address), we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again. 

If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.
