Shipping and Returns


I am a one woman team! Please allow 3-5 business days for the item to be shipped. If I am going out of town I will keep you updated via my Instagram, newsletter and shop banners. Please be aware that during the holiday season turnaround time may be longer.

If you are ordering a custom piece, the specific turnaround time will be in the product description or communicated to you via email. If you are ever unsure or need something faster, please reach out to me to see if we can work something out. I will do my best to accommodate!

We charge you the amount it costs us to ship an item, we do not make any money off of shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We can ship internationally, but please contact us for a quote regarding International shipping. You will be responsible for any additional international fees or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages.


While I hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in the event that you do need to return an item, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This date will be noted by the delivered date with the shipping company. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note custom products are not eligible for return due to the customizable nature of the product. 

Please note if the package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an error on the customers’ part (such as inputting an incorrect address), we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again. 

If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer. 


Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will then inspect the item to make sure it meets the criteria for a return. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund immediately. This will likely be with on your credit card or whatever original method you used. The credit will be received depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds will not be given for digital downloads. If you are unhappy with the quality or what was delivered please reach out to us at and we would be happy to take suggestions for future products. 

You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. We will then discuss your options depending on the nature of the item.
